These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“Client”, “User”, or “You”) and CUBE ART PRIVATE LIMITED (“CubeArt”, “Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), governing your access to and use of https://cubeart.in (the “Website”) and any wedding planning, styling, venue sourcing, and event management services provided by us.
By browsing this Website or engaging our services, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms.
- Scope of Services
CUBE ART PRIVATE LIMITED specializes in luxury destination wedding planning, themed event decor, guest hospitality, artist curation, and venue coordination in Goa. Information displayed on the Website regarding venue setups, packages, and decor portfolios is indicative. Specific deliverables, event timelines, and commercial terms are established via formal service agreements or milestone estimates issued to the client.
- Quotations, Bookings & Payments
- Event dates and vendor locks are confirmed only upon execution of the formal agreement and receipt of the stipulated non-refundable advance booking retainer.
- Payment schedules must be strictly adhered to as outlined in the invoice. Taxes, including applicable Goods and Services Tax (GST), are levied on all billings as per Indian statutory rates.
- Cancellations, Rescheduling & Refunds
- Due to the bespoke nature of wedding production—including advance blocking of resort venues, customized fabrication, and artist commitments—all booking retainers and advance payments are non-refundable.
- Any request for date rescheduling or cancellation must be submitted in writing. Rescheduling is subject to venue availability, seasonal tariff differences, and vendor policy constraints.
- Third-Party Venues and Independent Vendors
In executing our coordination services, we liaise with third-party vendors (such as independent resorts, beachfront properties, lighting engineers, caterers, and live artists). While we ensure professional vendor curation, CUBE ART PRIVATE LIMITED is not liable for direct operational deficiencies, service outages, or property damages caused solely by independent external vendors or resort administrations.
- Intellectual Property Rights
All materials displayed on https://cubeart.in, including imagery, website copy, portfolio exhibits, logos, branding, and proprietary event concepts, are the intellectual property of CUBE ART PRIVATE LIMITED. Reproduction, extraction, or republication without explicit written authorization is strictly prohibited.
- Force Majeure
Neither party shall be held liable for failure or delay in fulfilling event obligations if caused by events beyond reasonable control, including natural calamities, extreme weather conditions impacting outdoor seaside venues, strikes, government directives, public health emergencies, or civil unrest.
- Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms and any dispute arising from event engagements shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. The courts located in Margao / South Goa shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any legal proceedings.
